Are Volo Alte shoes fit for daily use?

Yes, Volo Alte shoes are good for daily use. You can easily wear them the whole day long at home, at work, at a party, at a wedding, at a meeting, etc.

Do I need to select a different shoe size than I generally wear?

In general, we recommend that you select the same shoe size than you generally wear. But if your feet are not standard but are wider, or long toe, or curved bone, then It is recommended to by one size bigger to ensure comfort.

Our shoes are made according to the standard US size range so you should not consider taking a smaller or larger size. It is important to note that feet size do change over time that is why we strongly suggest you to measure your feet to get your current size with our Size Guide.

Can I return the goods if the size is not up to expectation or size is wrong?

Yes, if you bought the shoes from this website then you can return the shoes if the size is an issue. We will exchange the goods in the requested size. If the requested size is not available anymore, you will be offered the possibility to have it exchanged with another model that does not exceed the price of the returned model. You can also request a refund if you don’t want to exchange the returned model. Our shoes are made according to the standard US size range.

Are Volo Alte shoes durable?

Shoes pass through stringent quality control. Every pair is made from genuine leather (both upper and lining unless stated otherwise) for durability to give you many years of service. We stand by our quality and all shoes ordered from this website comes with 30 day guarantee for manufacturing defects.

Is it possible to change the height increase level of the shoe?

It’s not possible to change the height increase level of a particular model. Every model is designed in such a way to give space to a certain height increase. Moreover, the inside sole is fixed in the shoe so it’s not possible to remove it and to replace it by another insole.

Are Volo Alte shoes comfortable for flat feet?

If you are flat footed, we strongly suggest you give it a try because most people with flatfoot feel more comfortable when wearing elevator shoes.

Are Volo Alte shoes fine for your back?

The hidden sole at the inside of the shoe forces you to walk straighter because the center of gravity automatically moves backwards, Of course, walking straighter positively affects your spine and reduces back complaints. The fact that you need to walk straighter with Volo Alte Shoes will give you even more height!

Do you have a store where I can try on shoes to see if they fit?

Since we operate 100% online Customers are unable to pick-up orders, purchase directly or drop off returns to our warehouse.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

To calculate shipping rates/speeds, you will need to add your products to the checkout.

Shipping rates/speeds are calculated once you have entered your address.

IMPORTANT: International orders may be subjected to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the Customs authorities. Additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the customer as we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one business day, provided your order is placed before 10pm AEST the previous night.

What shipping company do you use?

We use Australia Post and pack and send for dispatching all parcels. They deliver only during business hours.

All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

What if I need to change details on my order?

You can reply to the confirmation email order with your changes. Our email address is info@voloalte.com.

Note: If your order hasn't been dispatched, your changes will be accepted.

If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to make changes.

What if I am not available to sign for the delivery?

A delivery missed card will be left and you can pick up your parcel from your local post office.We recommend choosing an address where you are likely to be for example at work.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within one business day.

Also depending on your financial institution, it can take up to five business days to appear in your account.

Is there any restocking fees applicable with my return?

A $10 restocking fee will be charged for shoes not returned in their original shoebox.

What if I had received a discount on the exchanged item?

If you receive a discount on your original order during a sale period and request an exchange after the sale period has ended, the same discount will apply as long as the item you're exchanging for was on sale during the sale period.

What size should I order?

If you don’t know your shoe size and haven't previously purchased from us, use our size guide and have someone measure the length of your feet without socks on.

Alternatively, order two different sizes and return one for a refund

What if my shoes are a bit tight on me, will they stretch?

Volo Alte shoes will stretch and soften over a short period of wear. New shoes usually feel snug at the beginning but they will stretch and soften over a short period of wear. We do recommend wearing thinner socks. Shoe makers usually use "Shoe Trees" to assist them in stretching the shoe sooner.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay through Shopify Payments.

AfterPay is only available for Australian and New Zealand customers.

Does Volo Alte shoes come with a warranty?

Our products go through a stringent quality check, and they are handproduced and tested. Volo Alte Shoes come with a 90-day replacement warranty.

If your shoes fall apart due to a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace your Volo Alte shoes free of charge. They are durable however due care is always advisable.

Why is the height increase slightly lower than advertised?

Depending on your weight, the top layer of cushioning will compress slightly for comfort.

The amount it compresses won't change with use because its made out of high quality polyurethane, but the average compression can be up to 1cm.

However it's important to achieve the right balance between comfort, design and elevation.
