The packaging varies based on the number and size of items ordered. We typically ship items in Volo Alte original box. Each individual shoe is wrapped in a shoe bag for extra protection.
Each pair of the shoes is packed in one shoe boxes to guarantee that the shoes will arrive in good condition.
To ensure the privacy of our customers, all packages are shipped in a discreet manner. Packages will be wrapped in white cartons. This is to ensure that the contents are not disclosed.
International packages are shipped with a customs declaration of contents as "Sample shoes."
Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Our processing time is 1 business day.
Standard Delivery is free Australia wide for orders over $200, and a flat rate of $20 for all orders under $200.
For International Delivery, to determine the estimated shipping cost to ship any item to your desired address, you may select any item and the estimated shipping cost will be displayed in your cart. The shipping rates are displayed on your shopping cart page, with a map showing your location and the option to select a different location. You are NOT obligated to make the purchase or provide a payment method if you do not choose to proceed to checkout.
The actual shipping fee will be displayed at checkout once your actual destination address in inserted on the shipping page.
Volo Alte we typically process and package online orders placed before 10pm AEST on the same day the order is placed. Online orders placed after 10pm AEST are processed the following business day. Online orders placed after 10pm AEST Friday, and Shipped on Mondays. Our shipping partners pick up orders from our warehouse Monday to Saturday.
Volo Alte does not assume any responsibility for any delays with shipping an order or the manner it was delivered after it is transferred to the possession of Shipping carrier.
